the value for money was exceptional, as the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, always smiling and offering their help. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect, situated on the beach and close to the center of Patong.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Location is good. Not noisy. Easy access to anywhere if u rent a bike. Free parking. Family mart just beside the hotel. It's at a quiet district.

Poor service. Throughout my 4 days stay there, neither of them greet or even smile. No communication were made too while checking in & out. Wifi is poor. Water from the shower keep leaking, it kinda freaked us out in the mid of the night. Breakfast is simple, if you're simple person. Just bread & cereal.

The staff were nice and polite and the room was fairly clean with a hot shower. It was good value for money as we only wanted something in Patong for 1 night. This was only a 15min walk to the centre too, so it was away from the main hussle an bussle.

There was a used KY Jelly sachet in one of the drawers :-0 and the road outside could be quite noisey. Also there was some sort of sewer nearby that meant areas around the hotel were quite smelly.

The noise level at night was quite high, especially if you were staying on a higher floor facing the street. It seemed to be due to a nearby karaoke bar.

There is free Wi-Fi available, and the hotel offers a great breakfast. the hotel has a stunning beach view and provides a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The noise from nearby construction can be quite disruptive at times.
